Courtyard And Fairfield By Marriott was launched recently in Bangalore with a spectator evening party. Located in Marathahalli, this property is adjacent to Global Tech Park. This is a dual branded property and first ever in India.

 This property has 170 rooms including 134 deluxe, 24 executive deluxe rooms and 12 suites. Apart from individual food and beverage facilities, both properties will share access to the fitness center, meeting rooms, kitchen and swimming pool.

 Craig S Smith, president and managing director, addressed the media and presented the key to Gaurav Singh who is the general manager at Courtyard by Marriott and Fairfield by Marriott.
